The Road Commission's main office and maintenance garage are located just east of the Boyne City Public School football field. Two satellite garages are located in Ironton (11700 Shaw Road, Charlevoix) and Beaver Island (38310 Bay Avenue, Beaver Island).
The Road Commission is overseen by the Manager and a three member Board.
